This happens to me frequently when using online forums, including this one. I go into a current thread to read it, then when use the Back button to go back to the forum menu, I see a page that's actually several weeks old! (What makes it REALLY confusing is the fact that the threads are still time-stamped as "today"). If I reload it or access it via the forum index link, then I get the updated version again. But who wants to have to refresh every forum menu to make sure they're viewing an up-to-date page instead of some old, chached page?
