Bank of America Savings Accounts and Third Party Debit

Does anyone know if Bank of America allows PayPal transactions from UTMA savings accounts?

I'm going to get in contact with them soon, but I'm curious right now.
 
I don't know about savings accounts, and I haven't used PayPal since BoA bought Fleet, so I'm not sure. But I'm switching from BoA (probably to Sovereign or Citizens) ASAP.
