I just realized the same dude from Dirty Jobs does the narration for Deadliest Catch. I always watch both of those shows and am shocked to realize this tonight. Maybe it's because Rowe doesn't tell corny jokes on Deadliest Catch? 😀 Anyone else stunned by this? Oh and he was a writer on the Jamie Kennedy Experiment show.

Yeah, I figured that out a few weeks ago too and I was pretty surprised. Did he narrate it last season too?

He also narrates American Chopper and Ghost Hunters. I believe he's also done lots of voice over work for Fox and frequently appears as a Fox News reporter on 24.

Seems like he's a narrator for quite a few of Discovery's shows. Never knew.

I hadn't watched Deadliest Catch until today when it was on after Dirty Jobs. As soon as I heard the voiceovers, I was wondering if it was a Mike Rowe marathon.

He was also the narrator for the Discovery Channel show about refitting a cruise ship (Soverign of the Seas?)
