Joining pictures into 3d

Is there a program that is available to create 3d models from picture sources at the various angles required?
I have some picutres of a building and I don't feel like re-doing the entire structure using cad (I have vectorworks architect v10). I simply want to take the pictures and make a 3d model.
 
Only thing that comes to mind is:

Canoma

but its OS9 only i think and not in production anymore, but it was EXTREMELY easy to use.
