aperture locked on my desktop

Help...i did something and now their is an icon on my desktop. I picture of aperture with a lock on it that will not go away....how do I get rid of it?

I don't have aperture (wish I did), but I'm guessing you accidentally created an album/file called "wedding"

Have you tried "Get info" (apple+i) and seeing if the "locked" box is checked? If so, and you don't need the file, uncheck it and throw away.

Sadly, my 2 year-old powerbook would just keel over if I installed that app.
