address book and mail

so i deleted address book and mail off my computer awhile ago cause i don't use them but now i kinda want to just fool around with them a little bit, how can i get them back without completely reinstalling os x?

Without having to write a whole bunch:

You basically have to use your restore disks that came with your computer. In order to find out which restore CDs to use, go to Apple Support (on the Apple.com website) and use the search function to find Knowledge Documents on "Reinstalling Mail & Address Book." Make sure to include your computer model.
