View Full Version : 10.2.4 Freeze

I just upgraded 10.2.3 to 10.2.4 and I now get occasional system freezes. Can be doing anything - Quicken 2003, Unstuffing files, Browsing with Safari.... Can only control/Apple/Power to reboot.

Was fine with 10.2.4.

8600 with G4/400 XLR8, 512M

Anyone seen freezes yet?

Are you using any system modifiers or apperance hacks or any other system hack?

It could also be related to you unsuported system and/or the G4 upgrade.

No - just the standard OS X controls.

Well, I did install uControl to swap the Control/Alt keys on my USB keyboard. Guess that's worth removing?

I recently found that a iTunes remote program I had was preventing me from getting successful CD and DVD burns. Go figure. It wasn't the only reason for my problems but when I ditched it I then at least was getting about 60% success on my burns. The other half the problem had been Norton Utilities.
