Ctrl+Click isn't the best way for right-click in Windows.
In Windows, Ctrl+Click has its own meanings. It is used to select non-adjecent items in a list, or to open links in new tabs in Firefox, etc.
So Ctrl+Click isn't the best way for right-click in Windows.
iMouse fully simulates right-click by CapsLock+Click. Try it to know how it works.

1) Something about the way I use a trackpad -- I found that it was inadvertently right clicking a lot (because I had my finger over the mouse button, I guess).
2) It takes a second to right click. In Civ 4 (honestly, my main reason for windows) you right click about as much as left click -- that second started to get annoying.
For most people it is probably better than the other program, but anyway, I thought I would report my findings. Thanks!

You know how you can use two fingers on the trackpad to scroll?
Well if you tap with two fingers on the trackpad it is a right click. You have to enable it in system preferences in osx. And if works in windows via parallel.

Wow, it must be on intel macs only.
I have a Macbook (not pro) and a G4 15" powerbook.
The option is not on the powerbook, but it is on the Macbook.
It is under Trackpad Gestures: and looks like this
-Use two finger scroll
-allow horizontal scrolling
-Clicking
-Dragging
-Drag Lock
-Tap Trackpad using two fingers for secondary click
