How to copy Outlook contacts to Mail / Address Book

as a new Mac user (formerly PC), how do I copy al my contacts from Outlook to Address Book / Mail?? Thanks😱
 
This thread might help out a little. I had the same situation a few months ago. Outlook2Mac worked flawlessly and I highly recommend it.
