Everytime I try and upload my site that I have made with iWeb, it tells me that there is not enough space on my .Mac account. But I havn't used any of it. I go onto my iDisk settings and it tells me that I have 1024 MB left. 512 MB for email and 512 MB for my iDisk. I have installed the latest iWeb updates. What am I supposed to do?

Are you running the most recent version if iWeb? Apple just released 1.1.1 which is meant to sort lots of issues with uploading to .Mac.

Yes I installed that version two days ago and it still won't work.
