HP LaserJet 4 and Jaguar?

I know....who am I kidding? You see, my dad has a business that runs all Windows and every now and then he kicks some old stuff my way. The latest thing is the aforementioned printer. It lacks USB, but I know I can get a converter, but my question is....is there any way that I can get this thing to work with my Mac? Thanks.

Thanks! I've downloaded 2 drivers...or one driver and some other kind of download called GostScript or GhostPrint...and got a parallel to USB converter. Still, Print Center says I need proper drivers. If anyone can help, it would be great. Thanks!
