cds= installers, restore, apps...

beleive me.. just the restore part takes up about 4-5 cds...

hummm i know then answer BUT.. wouldn't it be nice if all those cds came on one dvd? it would be nice if apple started using the capabilities of the combo drive and saved us from the bombardment of software restore cds... and yes i realize that not all the imacs have dvd drives so that would make this not possible.

one thing I've always liked about Mac OS is that it's been on just 1 CD...

with 4-5 discs in a series for a software restore....seems an awful lot like Microsoft's terrible installers on multiple discs.....

why do the new iMacs need so many?:confused:
