I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but i'm gonna try. I need to burn a disk as an .nrg disk. From what i understand the program that burns the disk, is supposed to give you an option to burn it as an nrg. Does anyone know how to do this? What do i need?

A .nrg is a Nero Disk Image which is just a file that contains the the contents of a would be disc. Like a .dmg. You need Nero on windows to save one. I don't think there are any alternatives.

Why do you need to do this?

If you have Toast 7, you should be able to burn it without any trouble.

Or convert the .nrg image to ISO with nrg2iso (http://gregory.kokanosky.free.fr/v4/linux/nrg2iso.en.html), then burn with Disk Utility.
