Hey all,
i have a question, i have a copy of Windows XP Home Edition w/ Service Pack 1a (it came with a dell i purchased a few years ago) my question is can i install that on my MBP then Upgrade it to SP2 after i get it running? THANKS!

I think the answer is no, but you can make a "slipstream (http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase/windowsxp_sp2_slipstream.asp) copy" of it (you need to use a Windows computer, AFAIK, to do this).

As Far As I Know.

And if your copy came with a Dell, its not legal to put it on your Mac. Do I hear wasteland? You can get legal OEM copies from places like www.newegg.com for about $85.
