itunes help

I've googled and i've searched on here, but i cannot go thru 500 posts looking for the answer...

I need a link to where i can download an app so that I can have an itunes controller on my desktop...so like when i'm browsing the web it stays up and i don't always have to click my itunes to control my playlists and whatnot...

anyone know what i'm talking about?
