Address Book and Palm Desktop

Does anyone know how to export old Palm Desktop contacts to address book without a PDA? My PDA was stolen last year, but i kept using Palm Desktop until i upgraded to 10.2.3. I have about 500 contacts in PD and don't want to do this conversion manually. Any hints?

File-->export

select addresses in modules, vcards in format

in address book

File-->import

vcards


that should be it

make sure you save the palm file somewhere you can find it
