Now, of course you've been following the drama of my PSP and eBay woes. But eBay got a little dafter!

Haha, someone is selling your game! Funny!

If it's not legal you can just report it.

Tell him that he is in violation of copyright laws, and if he continues to sell it, that you will seek legal action. That is not right at all, the game is free and you are entitled to 100% if you decided to sell. Seriously don't even take 50%

ROFL!

That. Is. Awesome.

And sad at the same time.

And yes, tell him he has to give you all the money if he sells it and then some more money for breaking copyright laws. Unless you actually want half of 3 pounds. Try contacting eBay, but they NEVER help.

Look through his previous sales. Some things he has sold:
SpyBot
AVG Antivirus
Avast! 4 Home Edition
RealPlayer 10.5
Fish Tycoon

All freeware!

I'm not fussed, if all 15 get sold thats 22 to me. Which equals a DS game.

In this "saving up for DS addiction" mode I'm in every penny counts ;)

I'm still in shock! get this, he said "I contacted all the distrobuters and creators of the software by email, surprisingly I got no replies"... yerite!
