I can't hear a thing from my macbook, and I hear all these stories about loud fans and such. My mb also runs really hot, so I was thinking maybe they're not on. Also, can anyone tell me how to check my temps.

Ok, so I tried this one, iStat nano, and som other one. None of them showed me the temp or fan info. The section was there for them, but the info wasn;t there, just a blank space. Are my fans working?

What are some other applications? I see other mb owners posting their temps and such. Any suggestions?

I used this (http://macbricol.free.fr/coreduotemp/) for my MacBook.

It doesn't show fan speed, but it does show the temperature.
