Battlestar Galactica on Sky One - whither the miniseries?

I've been waiting for Battlestar Galactica to be repeated on UK TV because I never saw the beginning. It's finally starting on Sky One tonight at 8, but only from Season 1. Did I miss the repeat of the miniseries? 🙁

It is available on DVD i believe season 1 is boxed with the miniseries. At least some of the boxsets are, while others are just season 1

Yes, but then I will have missed the first series 🙂 I was just hoping to see it all on TV once a week.

It seems silly that they've done a big trailer campaign saying you can watch it from the beginning - but then the very first episode starts with "Last time on Battlestar Galactica..." 🙄

Yep, the trailers were misleading for those folks unlucky enough not to have already seen the miniseries.

You can pick it up pretty cheaply though as its a pretty minimalistic DVD. I got it for about £8 for Maplins (!), so you should be able to get it elsewhere for even cheaper.
I'll get it again when its a better transfer....
