Seems like a lot of people here switched from a Dell, I wonder what the percentage of them are compared to other switchers?

I switched from a Dell! :D

My iMac is wonderful. It has that tiny tilt problem everyone talks about (maybe 1/8 inch), and I'm constantly worried b/c it seems so fragile, but I think it's probably a pretty tough machine.

Not me, I had a custom rig. Although, when I do buy a PC that I don't build, I buy from Falcon Northwest (www.falcon-nw.com).

My PowerBook G4 sees most of my computer time. My PC I use for gaming.

i switched from a Dell Inspirion 8000 laptop. I got my original 500MHZ iBook, I loved that thing, and then they upgraded me to a 600MHZ iBook, and this summer I got my lovely G4 iMac. I used the Dell for two weeks on a road trip, it was too clunky and heavy and I remember being in Santa Fe at the time and I went to an art museum and I saw a bunch of iBooks and Powerbooks and i got jealous, that was a turning point on its own. It was a piece of crap, and i remember holding the iBook for the first time and feeling how light and thin it was, and how it compared in speed and power to that, what seemed like 22lb, 3" laptop...lol

My name is Rob, and I switched from that P.O.S. Dell Laptop.
