How can I do this?

Go into your Library (Hard Drive/Users/YourUserName/Library), and open the folder called "Safari." There should be a file called "Bookmarks.plist." Transfer that file to the same folder on the new computer, and you should be done.

what if i got several bookmarks.plist?

Maybe use the Import Bookmarks option from the File menu on each of the PLISTs. I don't think they'll overwrite each other. :)

You can also drag bookmarks in and out of the bookmarks window and just transfer them as files. They will be .webloc files. Then just drag them into the bookmarks window on the new system.

THanks mate - Pooky - go libary etc...see above , that was easy, via bluetooth, restart Safari and we're in the jungle with my bookmarks! cheers from OZ
