I have a ,vob file I want converted to .mov or .mp4, or anything quicktime. I tried FFmpegX but it sucks...I tried OpenShiiva, but it always quits on me. Whats a good app that will convert .vob to quicktime?

I would mount the vob (or collection of vobs, preferably a video_ts folder) as a DVD image, then use Handbrake (simple DVD -> mpeg4, mov) to do the job.

Assuming you have a video_ts folder, you can forget mounting and actually select the folder from within HandBrake. Install it and find out

Is there any way to just watch .VOB files without converting them to another format? Can Quicktime open them? I'm pretty sure VLC does but it would be nice if QT did, so I could use Frontrow to watch my .VOB files...
