I'm having trouble with my powerbook and I have been frantically searching the forums this morning looking for a solution. In every thread I found that sounded like it might help, it was CanadaRAM who came through with the right information in a calm, professional and succinct manner.

Everyone on this forum who helps (even if its only one person) deserves thanks and CanadaRAM deserves some sort of extra title under his name like macrumors expert or something...

Thank You. :)

Well said. In fact, let's not limit CanadaRAM's wisdom to Mac (not that you did). He is helpful, supportive, and always lends sage advice, no matter the problem or topic. A good ram.

CanadaRAM is a very good hearted person and helps whenever he gets the chance to.

Humanity should strive to be more kind a gentle like this lone RAM

that's true too :) It just so happened that I need mac help today and I never noticed before how helpful he has been for mac help.

I nominate CanadaRAM for moderator. :) or at least most helpful member. :)

CanadaRAM represents us Canucks very well

in fact the first question I had on here when I was a n00b was answered by CanadaRAM right away, and I still remember it..

With members like Him, WinterMute and Mad Jew, who needs Apple Care? :p

I agree. Both CanadaRAM and mad jew are very helpful. Both times I've had problems with this iMac mad jew has helped out. When I've searched around for answers to problems in old threads, CanadaRAM had posted very helpful responses.

You deserve thanks here, too - you USED THE SEARCH FUNCTION to find an answer. You are also a shining example for others to follow. :D

Hi, just like to say that CanadaRAM helped me get away from those cheap but unreliable (read the fine print for warranty) sticks of Ram. I had a bad time with my iBook Ram, pm'd him for advice and he gave me a great place to buy from, aside from buying my Mac ;) Also he helped me when I was looking for a HDD through a pm and looking under his name for other threads on that matter (smaller search function :p ). It's nice that on MR there are people like him that take the extra time even if it's the same thing 100 times in the same week.
There are a couple handfulls of people here but i'm not going to steel his Horn like thunder, thanks for the help past and present :)
