Most mainstream ones, yes. Do a search in these forums or on Google or on Versiontracker or MacUpdate.

But yes, there are apps.

But IMO, BT is so much faster. I never had any good luck with eMule, it was always slower than dogs*** on ice.

Besides, the MPAA, the RIAA, and all their buddies are stalking out eMule. They got rid of the best eMule server too.
