No sound in Safari

My friend has an iMac Core Duo 17''. When he uses Safari his sound will NOT work he try's Flash files and Quicktime files no sound it's nothing to do with his speakers ( Everything else works ) Any help?

Try opening and closing GarageBand...that usually fixes this problem.

Unless you guys are Pen Pals, you have a serious relation problem if you contact and talk to eachother only through forums.😀

wow thats just crazy that opening garage band will fix that problem. ive been having that problem sinc ei got my macbook pro saturday. such sillyness.. haha

I love how Mac OS Has so many simple fixes. Such as the beloved fsck!🙂
