It would have been nice if that article had focused a little bit more on the story, as opposed to giving us background info on Apple and 50 Cent. I guess they have to use what they have, though.

Not that I like his music, but it must be worth something, since he gave The Beatles' sales record a run for its money (http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/200503/s1321988.htm).

It is an interesting idea, but presents a marketing dilemma.

"Apple unveils 50 Cent Mac!"

It would be worse than the Henrico County iBook sale (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=139421).

I have.

Just because you (and I alike) do no like them does not make him an "illiterate moron."

He seems to be able to read and write just fine.

listen to his songs. Hardly lyrical genius ;)So you believe that 50 Cent is the character he plays in his videos? I guess you believe that John Wayne really fought Indians and Germans.

I guess that's kind of like thinking Stephen Colbert is actually a hardline conservative Republican (the character he plays on The Colbert Report). In fact, Wikipedia has a page for Stephen Colbert (the person) and Stephen Colbert (the character played by Stephen Colbert).

Confused yet?
