Hey, so I'm thinking of grabbing myself a Macbook in the near future. Anyone know if the original issues that were there with it have since been sorted?

I bought mine the day it came out and it runs perfectly. I think its just a few buggy units, but you shouldn't hold back because you are afraid you that.
Damn you guys are a bad influence.
Picture this.
LL goes into the Apple store in Meadowhall and has a chat with Stevie (great guy if anyone ever goes there, try and speak to him - really really pleasent) and has a look at the glossy screen (again really really nice to my surprise) and tries to barter them to something resemblent fo the higher ed price.
Well this fails so LL's sat in a pub with a cold pint of fosters half hour later ordering his new Macbook over the phone 🙂

Despite my worries over these early issues, I'm really impressed with the Macbook, and am chomping at the bit to buy one!

EDIT: Scratch the above concerns - I've just ordered a MBP on the UK refurb store for £928!!!
All I know is that my original week 20 Macbook mooed and the temperature idled at 56C. I just got a week 23 replacement, due to a faulty screen, and tso far no moo and it idles at 46C.
