Hi,

I've been trying to use iSIGHT with mercury messenger...unfortunately to communicated with my overseas PC friends, MSN messenger is not an option because of lack of web cam function...therefore i've been useing mercury...however the quality of my video seems to be quite poor (brightness), whereas their dinky$40 web cam for their PC's work perfectly well...

.can anyone tell me how to increase brightness on my iSIGHT, or change the setting such that it's actually viewable?

thanks,

Jeg

I don't know if this works with the built-in iSight but it works well with my external iSight:

iGlasses (http://www.ecamm.com/mac/iglasses/)

You can download a free demo and then pay the $8.00 to buy.

i second the mention of iGlasses, its a great little app. well worth the small price to pay for it, but as pointed out, i don't know if it works with the built-in iSights.
