Can anyone tell me which drive Apple uses from the factory as the 100GB 7200RPM option??

Only two options right now I believe. Hitachi and Seagate... both are good.
Hitachi beats Seagate in sequential reads. Seagate beats Hitachi in everything else really, but sequential reads are pretty important.

I went with Seagate anyway ;)

Yeah, I ordered the same drive you have last night. Where did you get your RAM from? Brand?

I got 2 1GB sticks of OCZ 533mhz ram from Newegg. It had a rebate, but I forgot to file it, hah.
