I'm fairly new to programming, I know the basics fairly well. But I've seen that many scripts I've tried to impliment on UpLinkEarth's server just aren't functional. I am putting things in the right folders, using the right virtual directories, using the right permissions. For example, I tried 5 or so mailing list scripts (i.e. sign-up, unsubscribe, and mass mailing capabilities) with no avail.
