Good news for Futurama Fans!

Although I never cared too much for the show, I know it's a cult hit and many members on this forum would be pleased to hear that 13 new episodes are on there way.

I always liked this show, I thought it gave the Simpsons creates a chance to try out jokes and stories that wouldn't have worked with The Simpsons. Keep us updated when the shows will air.

Though I'm not sure I'll manage to hold out until they appear on Norwegian TV2, which used to send Futurama, or DVDs (not even sure which will be first), so I might follow robbieduncan's example (at least until DVDs are available), and if anybody has problem with that they can bite my shiny... well, you get it, right...? :D

I thought they were just referencing what Billy West had said, about it possibly coming back. I had heard there were going to be a couple of TV or direct to DVD movies. That, and I don't really pay attention to the bumps. Tivo, and all.

they actually said that there were 4 direct to DVD movies that were just greenlighted, and said there were rumors of the show returning, and that was definately not gonna happen.....

nevertheless, the did break the news as far as i know.
