Hey all.
I'm brand new to this forum, and am converting to a mac this summer (if everything goes smoothly at work).
I'm posting here, though, because I was hoping that someone who has a coupon code to save some money off a purchase at the apple store (Canada) who doesn't intend to use their promo would offer it to me.
I'm a student who doesn't really have a lot of money, especially since I'm going into my third year of undergrad studies - and a macbook (which i'm planning to buy) would help me out a lot!
I was also thinking to save some extra money by buying ram from a separate vendor other than apple. Could you guys tell me what ram the macbook takes? Is it just ddr2 like you would put into a desktop? Or is it sodimm ddr2?

ps. I'm planning on buying the notebook after July 1st, when the GST in canada is reduced by 1%
