Cross-Grade Very Efficient

On Wednesday I sent my cross grade package and today I got an order processing email and then just now I got an order dispatched email and I should receive my cross grade on or before the 27th, I think that is very efficient of them!
 
In standard English, what did you cross-grade, what did you get in return, and from whom? Hehehe, for all we know you sent your chimpanzee back for an orangutan! 😉
 
Sorry, I cross graded FCS to FCS Universal. I had to send them all my old CD's.

I would have gone for the lemur myself....
