Were replacing this machine but wonder how much it should/could be sold for.

Its the last revision of iMac G4's

1.25ghz G4, 1gb SDRAM, 80gb HD, USB2, Firewire, 20" Display

I don't know what it's worth but I'll trade my computer (iMac G5, 2.0 Ghz, 20 inch) for your imac and a little bit of cash.
