What type of music is this?

Hi. I have heard my friend listen to this music that I really like but I foolishly forgot to ask her what it was. I would ask her tomorrow at school but she has gone on a school trip for a week and a half so I won't see her. It is the type of music that sounds like club or dance but the vocals sound a bit cartooney, if that makes any sense. If you know what I mean, please tell me what type it is and where I can get some of it on the iTunes Music Store on the UK. Thanks for speedy replys!

ah well. I lean towards the classics myself, like Chipmunk Punk (sadly out of print now).

The first one is Aqua "Barbie Girl".
