International software - Will it work

Hello, I am considering purchasing the following things on eBay:

-Office 2004 [Mac]
-Adobe Photoshop CS [Mac]
-Adobe image ready CS [Mac]
-Adobe indesign [Mac]
-Adobe illustrator [Mac]
-Quark express [Mac]

All of these are being sold in the UK. Will these work in a Canadian MacBook?

It's English both ways, and most of those applications probably have localizations for both US/Canadian and UK English.
