As some of you may or may not know, "Frontline" is an award-winning PBS documentary series that has been around for more than 20 years. PBS has know placed a number of Frontline's most requested documentaries for viewing online. All you need is Real Player and you're in business. I think the more people view these documentaries through the Internet, the more Frontline documentaries PBS will make available online. You can check it out here at:

I've watched all the documentaries, and here are some of the highlights I'd like to point out:

"The War Behind Closed Doors" shows the clash between two sides of the current Bush administration on dealing with Iraq: the moderates led by Powell and Rice and the hardliners led by Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz. You will also see why many in the administration have been skeptical of the effectiveness of weapons inspections.

"China in the Red" shows both the impact of the economic reforms on everyday Chinese citizens. Some have benefitted enormously from the reforms, others are getting by, and others have fallen between the cracks. Look closely at the computers this Beijing ad executive uses, and you'll see he runs an all-Mac office! ;)

"In Search of Al-Qaeda" is a chilling documentary on the great sympathy Al-Qaeda commands in the Middle East and the rest of the Muslim world. At the very minimum, the viewer will see for himself why the U.S. must tread carefully in this volatile region.

Also take the time to read some of the online discussions and interviews with the documentaries' producers. Enjoy.
