Sharing External HD W/ Windows Users

Hi. I have a LaCie 250Gb External USB HD. My computer is running Tiger 10.4.6. How can I have PC Users on our Wireless Network gain access to the HD through their computers, so they can Open/Save files to it? Can you do it through Bonjour? Ok. Any help appreciated.

Turn on Windows File Sharing under Network on the Mac that the hard drives is attached to. Then share specific folder(s) on the LaCie.
