iPod More iPod delays?

Hopefully they update the current iPod's battery life in the mean time.. that'd be great.

...Except that Microsoft initially pledged a late 2003/early 2004 release for Windows Vista, and it's nearing 2007...

...And Apple didn't promise anything. And it's been less than a year since their last major update.

It's the same source, a Wall Street analyst. Who is basically taking a guess.

Didn't you hear? Apple's dropping the G# naming scheme and replacing it with a subtitle. The next first version to use this new naming scheme is going to be called iPod Vista. Unfortunately, they made it so transparent that they keep losing the darn things and can never get them pachaged to ship

I was talking to some people at the apple store and they were expecting the "true video ipod" to be released any day...so hopefully it will come out one of these days.
