Hiya,

I'm looking for some sort of application that pops up every now and then and reminds you to take a break, including showing you stretching excercises to follow (anti RSI hand stretching etc).

I think everyone here at the charity I work at would buy it in a flash - we all spend too much time hunched over our computers!

I saw something similar on a friend's PC, and it was really useful, very easy to follow the exercises shown on screen.

Is there anything like it for the apple mac? What do people reccomend?

Many thanks,

..RedTomato..

There are two specific apps I have heard others use and like.

Time Out! (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/20197) and AntiRSI (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/28566).

Both are freeware, so you can have the liberty of trying out both and seeing which one you prefer.

There is also one called MacBreakZ (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/12760) which looks like it shows you how to exercise, etc. but it is $24 shareware and it seems it hasn't been updated in a while.

Thanks for responding so quickly!

TimeOut and AntiRSI are nice little reminder apps but they dont show exercises, which is what I'm looking for.

Any other apps similiar to MacBreakZ?
