Keyboard: Make Mac layout same as PC layout?

I figure I'd rather do this than the other way around. On the British English keyboard, the @ and " are swapped around as are several other keys. Is there a way to re-map the Mac's keyboard layout so that I can use a Windows keyboard and characters appear as pressed?
 
Sesshi, didn't realize you were in the UK. In the US the only real difference between Mac and PC keyboards is the labelling on the CTRL, Alt, and Windows/Apple keys. I didn't know that there were further differences in Britain. Sorry about that!
