Somehow my 7 year-old heard this song and told me about it. Naturally, I had to download it for his Shuffle. It's his second favorite behind the Jesus Christ Superstar soundtrack.

Fortunately, both of those lead High School Musical for now.

Old R&B rules!

Sounds like we're leading parallel lives! My daughter listened to this song for two months straight when she was four. She had to have the original...she couldn't stand the Blues Brothers version!

I'm in High School Musical hell right now as well. Please tell me it will be over soon! ;-)

Age 4? Nah, you have a while to go yet! My 12 year old likes it. But, she likes Dave Matthews and Indigo Girls, so we can usually come to an agreement in the car.

Get up and dance with her! Make a fool of yourself! She'll think you're the greatest thing in the world (not that she doesn't already). :)
