Patch for Civilizations IV (Mac)?

I am new to Mac and I don't know how game patches are handled for Mac native games. Will the Mac version of Civilizations IV ship with the latest patch? If not, then where would I download such patch? Certainly not gamespot.com (http://www.gamespot.com) as they only cater to PC gamers...

I don't think there are any patches for it.

It was just released, so I doubt they'd want to fix bugs (if there are any) now.

I'm sure they made sure the little quirks the PC version had didn't pop up in the Mac version.
