Preferablly using built in software or whatnot; i know how to mount it; but id liek to accutally put it on a cd... Thanks!

FYI, a .cdr file is the same format as an ISO.
To burn it, open Disk Utility in the Utilities folder in Applications. Go to Images>Burn. Select the .cdr file, it's that easy.
