Aaarrrgghhh. My WoW Account Is Messed Up! Help!

After 15 hours, I finally downloaded the demo of WoW. I started installing the 3 patches it made me do. On all three (or so) patches, I could log in. But when I actually start to play on the REAL screen, it won't let me log in. I went into my Account Management, got my account name and password emailed to me. I copied and pasted the information, yet I still can't log in.

What's going on?

The game is telling me to go to the Europe site!

Why is that?

It looks like I got a Euorpean version of the game...

and my account is american...
