i haven't yet but i plan to very soon. (yeah... u can drive 20 minutes to run into a new language in Europe but here in america, u could drive for 6 days and not run into another natively-spoken language. (sure u can run into a few dudes that speak spanish but odds are they know english or are trying to learn it.)

I got the Black DS on Friday - but have since decided I'd prefer the white! Don't know if Game will take it back because I fancy a colour change, so its off to ebay with it. Bit of a shame as I had none of the d-pad problems that you did raggedjimmi, and no dead pixels to boot!

If the black is in short supply = good news for me:D

Aye, the black was great but I had to clean it frequently. now the white. the white just seems invincible.

Ah, I think Europe got the Black DS because of the PSP. It was the fastest selling console in the UK, i mean the sales dwindled now but the initial surge was huge. they probably think us brits prefer black electronics. would be interesting to see the White and Black PSP go on sale the same time too. just for colour comparisons sake.

On topic: I think the black ds looks nice, but I like the fact that my white ds hides all the fingerprints. holding it at an angle, I'm just like, "AHHH!"
