Call of Duty Delux Edition Boxset

I Just bought the Delux Edition Boxset and as i was looking Universal Binary Wiki, it said that Call of Duty Universal Binary is announced.

And i was wondering if the Universal Binary is a Patch, or is it clearly the game?

Should i return my Call of Duty or is it a Patch kind-of Universal Binary?

It'll be a patch.

Don't return it though; according to Mac Guides' Universal Binary Games (http://guides.macrumors.com/Universal_Binary_Games) Wiki, it runs very well under Rosetta.
