Language changed in safari?

Some one changed my language in safari... in the forums everything is in plain english wich is normal... but if i go to say .. the mac begginers guide here, everything is all weird?!

and i've already changed the language in safari to (Western ISO Latin 1)

I need help bad! Please help!

^Those are my setting in Safari. (Safari>Prefrences>Appearance)

Tell me if ur settings are the same as mine! I don't Know what the problem is?
 
Safari inherits it's language settings from the International panel in System Preferences. Have you removed the "English" language and/or replaced it with "American English" or some other regional flavour?
