Putting Bootcamp & Parallels on Macbook, Which one should I setup first?
Or does it matter?
Have 2 G Memory and 120g hard drive, how much should I allocate to bootcamp?
and how much to parallels?

I don't have Parallels, but I am using Bootcamp.
It all depends how much you intend to install in your XP environment. I allocated 25GB because I installed Macromedia Studio 8, Corel Painter IX.5, Word and Exel and the drivers for my wireless printer/scanner. Now that left me with 18GB left over. I will be storing temporarily my digital paintings and web site folders.
EDIT: I recommend installing Avast AV (http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html) , it's a free anti-virus application.

It doesn't really matter which you set up first but I set up boot camp then set up parrallels. I gave bootcamp about 1/3 of my drive but I have a 250 gig drive so you may want to scale back on that size a bit. Figure out how much the stuff you are gonna run will need then use that number + 50% more. That way you wont run out since you can't resize the windows partition just delete it.

Wait wait wait, hold on a minute:
Don't you have to repartition the hard drive or does boot camp do this for you WITHOUT destroying the data? Otherwise it's Boot Camp first then Parallels. Parallales = virtual hard drive.

You can also try AVG Free anti Virus I have found that to be very good.

Boot camp installer resizes your OS X partition and creates a new windows partition all without erasing your data on the existing partition! Works great! Just don't screw up the install or you will have to start over from scratch. i.e. Reload OS X then boot camp then windows...... Kinda sucks. I know cause I had to do it!!! :(
But now all is well!!! :)
