Image Trick lets you slightly edit an image - change contrast, etc. But it was not designed to draw a picture as Gimp/Gimpshop or Photoshop. Although, some simple functions are more convenient in Image Tricks (such as applying filters, control blur and sharp).

I just tried it. It's cool. You can do PhotoBooth style things to your photos and more. Undo doesn't work properly, though.
